Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original condition within thirty (30) days of receipt. All returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error. Refunds will be issued, at our sole discretion, following inspection and verification of the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery and notify Origin Pro Sealants Customer Service at orders@originprosealants.com of any damaged or defective items within seven (7) days of receipt. Approved claims will result in either a replacement or a refund.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact orders@originprosealants.com within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. Refunds remain subject to our sole discretion and may require the return of any unused or unopened product in its original condition.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, no changes or cancellations will be accepted, and the standard return policy will apply.
